Internet banking is fast becoming the most popular way to conduct
your every day banking ventures. You can do just about anything through internet
banking that you can do with regular banking. Some of the things that you can
do through internet banking are: Pay bills, Account balances, Transfer funds
from one account to another, Wire money, Use email money transfers, Apply for
credit through your bank, Stop payments on checks, Cancel authorized payments,
Convert currency Change your banking information,, Open new accounts, and Go
through investment banking. You can actually do almost anything through internet
banking.
Internet banking makes the trip to the bank practically unnecessary. Now, you
can even have your paychecks sent directly to your checking account through
direct deposit which means that you will never again have to collect your check
from your boss because you will already have the money in your account the minute
you wake up on check day. This new revelation by the banks and companies who
participate makes it virtually unnecessary to ever have to stand in line at
the bank again.
Not all companies offer the direct deposit option just yet, but many of them
do and ever week more and more companies are joining in. You never know; with
so many companies now opting for computerized banking, people may never again
have to ever enter a bank. Even loans and investments are being applied for
online which is making the need for human connections unnecessary all together.
Banks may never again be open to the public due to internet banking which could
certainly get rid of the risk of bank robberies.
Don't get too excited though because as the internet banking options are getting
more and more popular, we will still be requiring actual personnel at the bank
because there are just some things that internet can't fix such as: internet
viruses causing bank programs to crash, computer errors, and power outages.
All of these things will make it impossible for you to conduct your banking
online and it is because of this that you will always have the option of conducting
your banking inside the bank when needed.
The possibility of conducting some banking without qualified personnel doesn't
make sense. There are some jobs that internet banking can't replace such as:
" Loan officers
" Bank presidents
" Executive managers etc.
" Security
" Vault managers
" Customer service
The internet can't take the place of these professionals because these people
can do things that computers can't do such as creating better banking options,
modifying and making amends to fraudulent activity, stopping fraudulent activity
and greet you with a smile. Computers can't do that, just everything else.
